**Shipping Policy**

Order Processing & Production Time
- All our products are **custom-made name paintings**, handcrafted specifically for each order.
- Processing time: **[1] business days** (this includes design, production, and quality checks).
- Once the order is completed, it will be shipped using the selected shipping method at checkout.

Shipping Time & Tracking
- Shipping times vary depending on your location:
  - **International Orders**: Estimated delivery in [7-12] business days, depending on customs clearance.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- We are **not responsible for delays** caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.


**Refund & Return Policy**

 **No Refunds on Custom Orders**
- Since all our products are **personalized and custom-made**, **we do not accept returns or refunds** once production has begun.
- Please double-check your order details (such as name spellings, design choices, and shipping address) before confirming your purchase.

**Order Cancellation**
- Orders can only be canceled **within 24 hours of purchase**. After that, production will begin, and the order **cannot be canceled or refunded**.

 **Damaged or Incorrect Items**
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within **48 hours** of delivery with photos of the issue.
- We will arrange a **replacement** if the issue is due to a production error or shipping damage.

 **Non-Delivery & Refused Packages**
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, unpaid customs fees, or refusal by the recipient, **we cannot offer a refund**.
- If you would like the package reshipped, additional shipping costs will apply.
